At SleepCo™, we’re committed to offering a seamless and transparent subscription experience. Our subscription program is designed to help you stay consistent with your SleepCo™ Sleep Gummies while giving you complete control over your deliveries and billing.

Subscription Transparency

Subscription options on our website are clearly marked and must be actively selected by the customer.

When choosing a subscription, you will see a checkbox confirming that you agree to receive recurring deliveries every 30 days at our discounted subscription rate.

This disclosure is shown in several locations to ensure clarity:

  • On each product page

  • In the cart drawer before checkout

  • On the checkout page

By completing your order with the subscription option selected, you authorize SleepCo™ to automatically process and ship your refill every 30 days according to your original purchase date.

Billing & Renewal Cycle

Your payment method will be billed automatically every 30 days.
Each renewal is scheduled based on the date of your initial purchase.

Example:
If your first order was placed on September 10th, your subscription will renew - and your next shipment will be processed - on:

  • October 10th

  • November 10th

  • December 10th
    …and so on.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Self-Service Cancellation

Log into your SleepCo™ account using the email associated with your original purchase to view, manage, or cancel your subscription.

Support Assistance

If you prefer, our customer service team can cancel your subscription for you. Simply email us at info@officialsleepco.com.

Important: Cancellation Timing

Customers must cancel at least 1 business day before their upcoming renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.

If your order has already been processed or shipped before your cancellation request is received, we are unable to refund that shipment - as the subscription renewal date and billing schedule are clearly communicated in advance.
